Ingredients
  

Hibachi Fried Rice
  • Cooked long grain rice: 1.5 cups
  • Butter: 1 tbsp
  • Minced garlic: 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Egg: 1
  • Green onion chopped: 1/4 cup
  • Black pepper: 1/4 tsp
  • Chicken stock powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Sesame oil: 1 tsp
Hibachi Vegetables
  • Onion sliced: 1/2 cup
  • Carrot sliced: 1/4 cup
  • Zucchini sliced: 1/2 cup
  • Mushrooms halved: 5
  • Soy sauce: 2 tsp
  • Salt: 1/8 tsp
  • Black pepper: 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Sesame oil: 1/2 tbsp
Hibachi Chicken Recipe
  • Cooking oil: 1/2 tbsp
  • Chicken breast: 2/3 lb
  • Sesame oil: 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce: 1.5 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce: 1.5 tbsp
  • Garlic grated: 1 tsp
  • Ginger grated: 1 tsp
  • White sesame seeds: 1 tsp
Yum Yum Sauce
  • Mayonnaise: 1/4 cup
  • Ketchup: 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar: 2 tsp
  • Butter: 1 tbsp
  • White pepper: 1/8 tsp
  • Garlic powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Paprika: 1/4 tsp

Method
 

Hibachi Fried Rice
  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the rice and cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
  4. Add the soy sauce, black pepper, and chicken stock powder. Stir and cook for another minute.
  5. Add the sesame oil, then pour in the beaten egg and cook for 1 minute while stirring.
  6. Add the green onion, stir lightly, and serve.
Hibachi Vegetables
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high to high heat.
  2. Add all vegetables and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium-low.
  4. Add all seasonings and cook for 1 more minute.
Hibachi Chicken Recipe
  1. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the chicken for 7–8 minutes.
  3. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Stir well and cook until coated and heated through.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
Yum Yum Sauce
  1. Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, cover, and microwave for 30 seconds until melted.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
