Ingredients
  

Noodles
  • Chinese noodles fresh or dried: 1 portion
Soup
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce: 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • Chicken stock powder : 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil: 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
  • Hot water: 1 1/2 cups
Toppings
  • Egg: 1
  • Bacon: 1 slice
  • Naruto fish cake: 1 slice
  • Bamboo shoots menma: 0.35 oz
  • Green onions thinly sliced: 1 tablespoon

Method
 

  1. Bring water to a boil and cook the egg for 8 minutes. While it cooks, prepare your toppings.
  2. Transfer the egg to cold water, peel, and cut in half. Set aside.
  3. In a serving bowl, combine cooking oil, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and chicken stock powder. Pour in hot water and mix until fully dissolved.
  4. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain well and add them to the soup.
  5. Top with egg and any toppings you like. Serve immediately.
