Ingredients
  

  • Carrot: 3/4 cup
  • Onion: 1/4 cup
  • Ginger: 1 Tbsp
  • Apple: 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil: 1/4 cup
  • Sugar: 2 tsp
  • Rice vinegar: 1.5 Tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 3 Tbsp
  • Salt: 1/2 Tbsp
  • Black pepper: 1/4 tsp

Method
 

  1. Peel the carrot, onion, ginger, and apple. Cut them into smaller pieces if needed to help your blender work more easily.
  2. Add the carrot, onion, ginger, apple, olive oil, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Drizzle over salad and enjoy.
